“Bring the projector and films” meeting.

The meeting for delivering projectors and films will take place on Thursday 18/11 at 20.00 in Star & Garter.
The projectors and films will be stored in my place for testing etc.

It would be very helpful if you could send us an email with information what you will be bringing to the meeting. Use art_in_hidden_places@yahoo.co.uk address for sending this info.
Please make sure that the films and projectors are labelled.
The best way is to put the name of the owner + contact details on the sticker and stick it on. This way we should not get lost with all the equipment and films and can return them safely in the future.

Also if you can not make it to the meeting on that day, but you have projector or film, please send an email to the above address and we can organise it individually.
However, it would be much appreciated if all of you, who can make it on 18/11, delivered the things on that day. That would make things go really smoothly.
And as all of us are very busy with other things in our lives, it would make things simple as well.

Remember there is a deadline for delivery of films, as we need to have some time to go through them all and select the material for display. The deadline is 25/11.

Also, just to let you know, that our trip to visit flats and houses along the main street on Sunday, went really well. Almost surprisingly well. There were not many of us, but for all of those who came – a big thank you. It was quite a surprising experience in all, because most of the people who we asked for ‘lending’ us their windows for the time of the project, said yes. So we’ve got quite a sweet number of clusters.
We will have another ‘visiting’ session, because it would be good to have some more places.
We will keep you informed about it.

Anyway, that is all for now. Please check this blog regularly, because we wouldn’t like to spam your mailboxes too often.
All the info is on this blog.

See you all on Thursday.
